RavenSlate IT ("we", "us", "our") operates Nevermore, an AI-powered social media automation tool. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store your email and name to identify your account.
  • Business information: During onboarding you provide your business name, description, industry, tone, and website. This is used solely to generate relevant social media content.
  • Social media content: Post drafts and approvals you create inside Nevermore are stored in our database to enable the approval workflow.
  • Usage data: We may log server-side errors and request metadata (IP address, browser, timestamps) for debugging purposes. We do not sell or share this data.
  • Billing information: Payments are processed by Zoho Subscriptions. We do not store your credit card details. Zoho's privacy policy governs payment data.

2. How AI Generation Works

  • Nevermore generates social media posts using Ollama, a local AI runtime that runs entirely on your own computer. Your business description and post topics are sent only to the Nevermore desktop app running on your machine — they are never sent to a third-party AI API. No post content leaves your computer during generation.

3. Social Media Credentials

  • Your social media login sessions (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn) are stored locally in the Nevermore desktop app on your own computer using Electron's secure session storage. We never transmit your social media passwords or session tokens to our servers.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the Nevermore service.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g. login links) if applicable.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

  • We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Google OAuth — used for authentication. Google's Privacy Policy applies.
  • Zoho Subscriptions — used for billing. Zoho's Privacy Policy applies.
  • Railway — our hosting provider. Your data is stored on Railway's infrastructure in the United States.

7. Cookies

  • We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

  • Nevermore is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or emailing you. Continued use of Nevermore after changes constitutes acceptance.
